Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
Our cabins are rented out in accordance with the terms described below. By booking a stay with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The terms apply to private individuals and groups, hereinafter referred to as "the guest" or "you."
2. Booking
2.1 Only persons over the age of 18 can make a booking with Helligvær Kystopplevelser.
2.2 By confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any other members of your travel group.
2.3 After booking, you will receive a written confirmation. It is your responsibility to check that the information is correct and notify us of any errors or changes in contact details.
3. Deposit for groups of 8 or more
For bookings of groups of 8 people or more, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in or check-out. Credit is not granted unless agreed upon in advance with the general manager.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Helligvær Kystopplevelser and are effective from the date we receive the notice.
For individual bookings and groups up to 7 persons:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made later than this will be charged in full.
For groups of 8 or more:
If canceled later than 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged. Any payments are due within 7 days after the cancellation date.
5. Prices
We reserve the right to adjust prices in accordance with changes in public taxes, fees, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Cancellation by Helligvær Kystopplevelser
If we, for any reason, need to cancel your reservation, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, we do not cover any other expenses you may have incurred in connection with your trip.
7. Force Majeure
Helligvær Kystopplevelser is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, riots, pandemics, technical problems with transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances. If such conditions lead to the cancellation of your stay, we will do our best to find an alternative solution but cannot guarantee a refund of paid amounts.
8. Third-Party Providers
We collaborate with external providers for certain activities and transportation services. Helligvær Kystopplevelser cannot be held responsible for any delays, changes, or issues related to these services.
9. Guest Responsibilities
9.1 Guests must comply with all applicable rules and regulations, as well as instructions from our staff, guides, and partners.
9.2 Guests who disturb others or behave inappropriately may be expelled without the right to a refund. Any damage to property, equipment, or inventory must be fully compensated by the guest.
10. Visa and Travel Documents
Visitors from countries outside the Schengen area must have a valid passport. If a visa is required, the guest is responsible for obtaining it before traveling.
11. Complaints
If you have any concerns about the service we provide, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can rectify any issues. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction during your stay, a written complaint may be submitted within 28 days of departure. Disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
12. Use of Images and MediaWe may publish text, images, and videos from our activities on www.helligvaerkystopplevelser.no. By participating in our activities, you consent to us using images of you for marketing and informational purposes. If you do not wish for this to happen, please notify us in advance.
