Coop Marked Helligvær offers a wide selection of groceries, drinks, household items, and diesel/petrol. While you're there, feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the island's 'shopping center'.

Fishing village
Helligvær is a traditional fishing village at the far end of the Vestfjord, and the inhabitants have therefore lived on fishing for generations. Fishing and the fish farms at Sørvær are important to the local community even today.
For visitors, Helligvær also offers an exciting opportunity to try their luck at fishing, either from a boat out at sea or from land along beautiful beaches and skerries.
Island hopping
Helligvær consists of 365 islands, islets and skerries. Several of the islands are inhabited, which makes for an exciting island hopping experience.
